🥦 Ingredients:

  • 1 16 oz bag of frozen cauliflower, steamed and chopped
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Sliced green onions
  • ~1.5 cups mayo
  • ~3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • Cajun seasoning to taste (or preferred spices)
  • Optional: Shredded cheese or chopped veggies
