Instructions:
- Cook the Keto-Friendly Pasta:
- Prepare the keto-friendly pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Sausage and Shrimp:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the keto-friendly sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp turns pink and is cooked. Remove the shrimp and set it aside.
- Prepare the Cajun Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until they soften.
