INGREDIENTS
2 cups chopped raw pecans
Butter, 4 tablespoons
Swerve brown sugar, half a cup
INSTRUCTIONS
Swerve brown sugar and butter should be added to a big nonstick skillet. Allow the ingredients to melt, then mix them together.
Add the pecans and stir to evenly coat them in the sauce once the sugar has melted and the mixture has come together.
Cook the nuts(brown). Emit a roasting aroma over medium low heat. To prevent them from burning, keep mixing them every few minutes. It should just take 15 minutes to complete the process.
The nuts should be spread out on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper to air dry.
When nuts are completely dry, place them in a jar or sealed container.
