Keto Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipes-100% Quick & Easy Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower head, riced (about 3-4 cups)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower Rice:
    • Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower is finely riced.
  2. Steam the Cauliflower:
    • Place the riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 4-5 minutes or until softened. Alternatively, you can steam the cauliflower on the stove.
  3. Drain Excess Moisture:
    • Allow the cauliflower to cool slightly, then transfer it to a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
  4. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and the egg. Mix until everything is well combined.
