Keto Cheesecake!!

Crust
3 cups of Pecans
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
1 tbsp monk fruit
3 tbsp butter(melted)
Filling
3 bricks cream cheese (8oz)
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
(Add cinnamon, pumpkin spice, cloves, nutmeg if you want that flavor)
1/4 Cup Jordan Skinny Syrups any flavor
Add keto friendly sweetener if you feel necessary, I never have had to add any.
Crush pecans, add other crust ingredients.
Press into a spring form pan. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
Mix all filling ingrediants. Pour on top of crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Take out. Let cool.
Top with whipped cream and pecans. (Make the pecans extra tasty by roasting them in the skinny syrups and a little monkfruit!)
