
Keto Cheesy Focaccia in a Pan
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Combine Cheese Mixture and Flour Mixture: Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. You may need to use your hands to knead the dough until it comes together evenly.
- Press Dough into Pan: Grease a skillet or a baking pan with oil or butter. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown on top.
- Optional Topping: If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the focaccia during the last few minutes of baking.
