Keto Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks
Ingredients
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
ONE egg
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and with parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl until it gets well incorporated.
Onto your parchment paper, place the mixture, and like you would a pizza crust, flatten it out.
Bake for about FIFTEEN minutes, and then to broil, switch the oven and to the top rack, move the baking sheet for a few minutes to brown the cheese a little.
Slice with a pizza cutter, and enjoy! In a little marinara/pizza sauce, I like to dip it. With red pepper, parsley flakes/Italian seasoning, you can also garnish it.
Recipe Notes
I like to mix in a little sharp cheddar with the mozzarella (still 1 cup total) if I have it on hand.
Any grated soft cheese will do.
Cut grated parmesan down to about half a cup if you are using grated parmesan.
