Ingredients:

For the Glaze (optional):

  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
  • 1–2 teaspoons almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it with butter or oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, powdered erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
