  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, ground flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together the softened butter and erythritol until light and fluffy.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
