Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 6-8 strips)
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning (you can use homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional for extra flavor)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chives or green onions, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
    • Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces. You can use pre-cooked bacon if you prefer to save time.
    • Shred the cheddar cheese if you’re using a block of cheese.
  2. Mix the dip:
    • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a spoon to blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using). Stir everything together until well combined.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Chill (optional but recommended):
    • While you can serve the dip immediately, it’s best to chill it in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Serve:
