Keto Creamy Cucumber Salad with Red Onion

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium-sized Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium-sized Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers and red onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
