CREAMY GARLIC BUTTER PARMESAN CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Allow the broth to reduce slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, and Italian seasoning. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is heated through and the sauce is thickened to your desired consistency.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
