
Keto Crock Pot Sun Dried Tomato Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried basil, and dried oregano.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Pour the sun-dried tomato mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once the chicken is cooked, you can optionally sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and let it melt for a few minutes.
- Serve the chicken hot, garnished with fresh chopped basil leaves if desired.
