keto Dill Pickle Fat Bombs
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles (make sure they are sugar-free and keto-friendly)
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, and chopped fresh dill (if using) to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Remember, the pickles may already be salty, so adjust accordingly.
- Once the mixture is well combined and seasoned to your liking, you can either use a small cookie scoop or simply roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
