INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Mission Brand Carb Balance Flour Tortilla Wrap (4 net carbs)
- Rao’s Marinara Sauce (use approximately 1 tablespoon for minimal carbs)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Tortilla:
- Place the Mission Brand Carb Balance Flour Tortilla Wrap on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread Marinara Sauce:
- Using a tablespoon or less, spread a thin layer of Rao’s Marinara Sauce evenly over the tortilla. Be mindful of the amount to keep the carb count low.
- Add Mozzarella Cheese:
- Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce. Feel free to customize the cheese amount based on your preference.
