Ingredients:
For the knots:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the garlic butter glaze:

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the melted butter and shredded mozzarella cheese to the beaten eggs and mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough gently to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope-like shape, about 6 inches long. Tie each rope into a knot, tucking the loose ends underneath.
