Ingredients

  

  • 6 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp dill
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

 

  • Rinse and sauté spinach until wilted; press out moisture.
  • Mix almond flour, butter, egg, and salt into a dough; roll and press into a pie dish. Pre-bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  • Sauté onion and garlic; mix with eggs, cream, cream cheese, feta, mozzarella, dill, salt, and pepper. Fold in spinach.
  • Pour filling into crust and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
