Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 2 large eggs

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Make the Keto Garlic Bread Base:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients and eggs to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Shape the Dough:
