Keto Meat Lovers Pizza
Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
For the toppings:
- 1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- Optional: sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, or any other preferred toppings

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals until the cheese is melted and can be stirred together smoothly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, and salt together.
- Combine the melted cheese mixture with the almond flour mixture, and knead together until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Remove the top layer of parchment paper and transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until it starts to turn golden brown.
- Once the crust is baked, remove it from the oven and spread the sugar-free marinara sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add the cooked bacon, sausage, pepperoni, and any other desired toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
