Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing the pan

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or spray it with olive oil.
  2. Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add the Eggs:
