Keto PHILLY CHEESESTEAK MEATLOAF
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (preferably lean)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (green and red)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (make sure it’s keto-friendly or use a substitute)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions, bell peppers, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and the cooked vegetables. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is browned.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
