1 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sourdough Starter:
In a bowl, mix lukewarm water, active dry yeast, and sugar substitute. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Add almond flour to the yeast mixture and stir until well combined. Cover the bowl and let it sit in a warm place for 12-24 hours to ferment.
2. Make the Bread Dough:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Incorporate the prepared sourdough starter into the dough and mix well.
3. Shape and Bake:
Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
Transfer the dough to the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
4. Cool and Slice:
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, slice into approximately 16 slices.
