- 1 large head of green cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef or ground pork (or a combination)
- 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to your preferred level of spiciness)

For the Tomato Sauce:
- 1 cup tomato sauce (no sugar added)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
For the Cabbage Rolls:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Carefully remove the core from the cabbage and immerse the whole head of cabbage in the boiling water. Boil for about 2-3 minutes or until the outer leaves become pliable. Remove the softened leaves and repeat the process until you have enough leaves for your rolls.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, cauliflower rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Place a portion of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf. Roll the leaves around the meat, tucking in the sides, to create cabbage rolls.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom. Place the cabbage rolls on top.
- Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the top of the cabbage rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the cabbage is tender and the meat is cooked through.
For the Tomato Sauce:
- In a small saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally until it’s heated through.
