My grandma focaccia to go with my leftover ratatouille.
Recipe is super easy.
Luckewarm 300 ml of water and add 5 grams of active yeast and 5 grams of sugar.
Mix in 300 gr of all purpose flour and mix for five minutes (the dough is going to be very wet). Add 3 grams of salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Cover with a towel and let it rise for approximately one hour.
Cover a pan with olive oil and put the dough in. Let it rise again.
Wet your fingers in water to make the bubbles and add any toppings (our favorite is olive oil, pitted black olives and some sea salt).
Bake at 350 for approximately one hour (or until is golden) and enjoy.
