Lemon Parmesan pasta

Ingredients
Pasta:
Pasta of choice
Half a lemon
Zucchini
Yellow squash
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper flakes
Follow your heart Parmesan shreds
Lemon pepper tofu chunks (found at Whole Foods)
Baby broccoli on the side is a steam in bag thing from Kroger
I sautéed the zucchini and squash until a little soft, added the tofu chunks (chopped them a little because they are rather large), squeezed half a lemon, added some shredded parm, added a little pasta water added seasonings to taste, mixed it all together in the skillet. Topped with fresh tomatos, more pepper flakes and more shreds.
