Mango Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

Cashews (unsalted)

Spring Water

Minced Garlic

A pinch of salt

Put in a blender and blend until smooth.

When you cut the mango, 🥭 make sure to cut very thin.

For the Zucchini bread, use a dehydrator. The ingredients for the bread:

2 cups of chopped Zucchini

1/4 cup of olive oil

1 cup of Natural Almond Flour

1 cup Whole Ground Flaxseed meal

Put the Zucchini and oil (first) in a food processor and purée, then and the flour and meal.
