Meatless” Italian sausage and veggie Stromboli

Pizza dough:
3 & 3/4 cup bread flour
1 & 1/4 tsp sugar
1 envelope active dry yeast
2 tsp salt
1.5 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
Mix together, knead and let sit for 90 minutes
Filling (makes two Strombolis)
4 field roast Italian sausage diced
1/4 red onion diced
Mushrooms and peppers diced
1 bag plant based mozzarella
1/2 cup tomato sauce in each Stromboli
Italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste
Lightly grease top of dough with oil. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and plant based Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
Bake on 400 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown
