Mushroom Pot Roast

Ingredients
Yellow Onion
Portobello Mushroom
Vegetarian Brown Gravy
Ranch Seasonig Packet
Peperoncini
Violife plant Butter
Parsley
Mashed Potatoes
Simmer onions in a bit of butter add mushrooms add a bit of brown gravy, a bit of ranch seasoning, and a bit of juice from the pepperoni. Simmer on low until the gravy thickens. Add on top of mashed potatoes. Add parsley to garnish
