- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Whipped cream and additional cookies for garnish (optional)

Instructions

- Crush the chocolate cookies and heat the butter in a bowl until the mixture looks like wet sand.
- Spread the cookie dough out evenly in the bottom of a springform pan that has been lined or greased. This will make the cake’s cookie crust.
- Put the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a pot over low heat and stir them together all the time until the mixture is smooth.

- Take the pan off the heat and add the vanilla extract, tiny marshmallows, and nuts, if use.
- Spread the chocolate mix out evenly over the cookie crust after pouring it on top.
- Put the cake in the fridge for at least three to four hours, or until it sets.
- If you want, top it off with whipped cream and more cookies after it’s set.
- Cut your no-bake cookie cake into pieces and enjoy!
