-1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed. Smash beans to a course texture
– Vegan Mayo ( 1/4 cup or more/less depending on your taste)
-1 large stalk of celery diced
– Diced white onion (maybe 3 tablespoons)
-Everything But The Bagel seasoning (I didn’t measure)
– Black Salt (1/4 tsp?)
Mix well and serve on multi grain toasted bread.
