omegaseeds bread

Ingredients
You have to determine the proportions yourself. Flax will help with the binding .
In total 500 gr
pumpkin seeds
chia seeds
sunflower seeds
Flax seed
hempseed
3 tbsp psyllium husk
30ml olive oil
Pinch of salt, little dried parsley / thyme
1 sachet baking powder
300/400 ml lukewarm water
First, stir all the seeds together
Stir in the psyllium husk
Mix the bag of baking powder through it
Slowly stir in olive oil
And now water by feel. It can be quite wet because the psyllium fibers will absorb everything.
I make sure there is a puddle of water in it .
Let it stand for 10 minutes.

If it is too dry, add more water.
Place in an oven dish and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Check after 40 minutes and turn if necessary (I put it in a bowl with baking paper that is easy to turn.
Usually t needs another 10 minutes when t is reversed .
