Perfect Vegan Biscuits

Ingridient
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3 Tablespoons of Sugar
½ Teaspoon of Salt
4 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon of Cream of Tartar
¾ Cup of COLD Plant Based Butter
3 Tablespoons of Just Egg
1 Cup of Plant Based Milk
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
In a mixing bowl add Flour, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar. Mix ingredients with a spoon or fork. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the flour mixture. You can use a fork or your hands and mix the butter into the flour mixture when you do this the mixture will look like peas. Add just egg and 1 cup of plant-based milk to the flour mixture. Stir until all is mixed in. The dough might be sticky and that is ok. On a cutting board add about a ¼ cup of all-purpose flour and mix in. If you need to add a little flour at a time to mix into your dough, you will need to this until the mixture is no longer sticky. Pat the mixture out into a square about an inch thick. Using a biscuit cutter, or round glass to cut the biscuits out. You should be able to get 12 biscuits out of this recipe. Bake them on a baking sheet for about 9-12 minutes. Once they are finished you can brush them with melted plant butter.
