Instructions
To make tasty Weight Watchers pesto chicken salad, follow a few steps.
Marinate Chicken
Add olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice into a bowl.
Mix all ingredients.
Now, add boneless chicken to this bowl.
Mix chicken with this paste until it coats well.
Next, place marinated chicken in a baking tray.
Bake chicken for 15-20 minutes until it cooks well.
After that, cool the chicken on a tray then shred it by hand, or forks.
