Ingredients
1/2 cup of basil leaves
1/2 cup of spinach leaves
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of vegan parmesan
2 tablespoons of toasted walnuts*
1 garlic clove minced
1/4 tsp of sea salt
* Or pine nuts. I prefer walnuts.
1. In a small blender or food processor, process all ingredients.
2. Keep refrigerated. Set out for 30 minutes and stir before use.
