1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, cornstarch, and beef broth.
Add the sauce to the skillet and stir until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Slice the hoagie rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom halves of the rolls.
Top each roll with a slice of provolone cheese.
Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
