Pickling sweet and spicy

ingredients

1 cup of sugar, 1 cup and a half white vinegar, 1/2 red vinegar, 2 tablespoons kosher salt, 2 tablespoons pickling spice (or to taste), tablespoon red pepper flakes (to taste), black pepper (to taste)
Directions-
2 English cucumbers-
Sliced garlic
Quartered radishes
Fresh jalapeños
Mix the pickling ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring. Sugar should melt. Let sit and cool. Then pour over vegetables. I let them sit for 24 hours but if you want them to pickle longer you can or just a simple pickle eat an hour after. It’s all preference.
