Ingredients
1kg pork ribs
For the sauce
1 tbsp seven colours grill seasoning
2 tblpsn Worcestershire sauce
1tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1tsp paprika
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp mustard sauce
1 tsp Apple cider
Salt and pepper for seasoning
How To Cook
On a medium saucepan combine all the ingredients, bring it to a boil for 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly so that the bottom doesn’t burn
Cook ribs for 45 minutes
Put them in a bowl with the marinade (marinade for 2hours)
Take the ribs out the marinade and bake for 20 minutes, basting regularly with the marinade
