Pumpkin Currry

Ingredients
1 can of pumpkin
1 can of coconut milk
1 block of tofu
1 red pepper
1/2 cauliflower
1/2 butternut squash
4 spoons of curry powder
1 spoon of veg better than bullion
red pepper flakes

EDITED:
I added a little olive oil, fried the tofu, added the curry (it can be curry paste too, you can add as much as you like), left it fry for 5 minutes and added all the spices. 5 min later I added the veggies, the better than bullion, waited 5-10min, added the coconut milk, the pumpkin and fixed the spices!
You can use real pumpkin, it’s just easier to get a can of pureed pumpkin if you live in the USA, it adds flavor and also adds a lot of good vitamins
