Pumpkin Fluff | Weight Watchers


  • 1 (15-ounce) can of pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 (1-ounce) package of sugar-free, fat-free vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)
  • 1 (8-ounce) container of fat-free whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • Stevia or your preferred zero-calorie sweetener, to taste (optional)


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar-free, fat-free vanilla instant pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the fat-free whipped topping. Be careful not to overmix, as you want to maintain the fluffiness.
  3. Taste the mixture and add Stevia or your preferred zero-calorie sweetener if you’d like to increase the sweetness. Adjust to your taste.
  4. Chill the pumpkin fluff in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the texture to set.
