Quick and easy Miso Sesame Noodles.😎


  • 8 oz (about 225g) of your favorite noodles (such as udon or soba)
  • 2 tablespoons white or yellow miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted, if you prefer)
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes or chili oil, for added spice (optional)


  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup (or honey), grated ginger, and minced garlic. Adjust the quantities to taste.
  3. Toss the cooked noodles with the miso sesame sauce until well coated.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the noodles and toss again.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and add red pepper flakes or chili oil if you like some heat.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your quick and tasty Miso Sesame Noodles!
