Instructions:
Prepare the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, shredded carrots, raisins, and sunflower seeds (or almonds). If using turkey bacon, add it in now as well.
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice), honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
Toss the Salad:

Tips:
