SKIP THE BOXED JELLO

Ingredients
Chia Seed Jello (full seeds!)
1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana, sliced
1 cup chia seeds
1 cup water
1-2 tbsp maple (optional!)
(Add any extra berries or fruit on top too!)
Process
1. In a medium pot, simmer your frozen fruit until it is fully thawed and warm.
2. Take 1 cup of the simmered berries and add to a blender. Add your chia seeds, water and maple syrup & blend.
3. In a 9×9 glass baking dish, spread your chia mixture evenly to cover the bottom.
4. Pour the rest of your simmered berries on top.
5. Use a spatula to open up the edges to let the berry sauce seep around the edges.
6. Top with sliced bananas!
7. Set in the refrigerator overnight before serving! Enjoy!
