Steak Bites with Garlic Butter😎

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of your favorite steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Steak:
    • Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes, ensuring they are relatively uniform in size for even cooking.
    • Season the steak bites with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Cooking the Steak:
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the steak bites to the hot skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid steaming the meat.
    • Sear the steak bites on all sides until they reach your desired level of doneness. This should take about 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
    • Remove the cooked steak bites from the skillet and set them aside.
  3. Prepare Garlic Butter:
    • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low.
    • Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
    • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Combine Steak and Garlic Butter:
    • Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet with the garlic butter.
    • Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until they are well coated.
    • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve:
    • Transfer the steak bites to a serving platter.
    • Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the steak.
    • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  6. Enjoy:
    • Serve the steak bites immediately while hot. They can be enjoyed on their own, with a side of vegetables, or over rice or pasta.

This recipe is versatile, and you can adjust the seasonings and garlic butter to suit your taste preferences. It’s a quick and flavorful dish that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or entertaining guests.
