Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Broccoli Basil Pesto

Ingredients
1. cut in sweet potatoes with a knife and bake it at around 220 degrees celsius (around 440 degrees fahrenheit) for about 30 minutes (depending on the thickness of the potatoes)
2. take them out of the oven, let them cool a bit, peel and smash them
3. add some salt and gradually flour and kneed it to a shapeable dough
4. form your gnocchi and cook them in salted water
5. take them out when they float
6. for the pesto i just blended some blanched broccoli, basil, roasted pine nuts a little bit of salt and olive oil
7. put the gnocchi and the pesto in a pan and add some gnocchi water. let the pesto thicken a bit and enjoy
