Red onion 1/2, cut into slices
Yellow Bell pepper 1, cut into diced size
Red Bell pepper 1, cut into diced size
Cucumber 1, cut into diced size
Tomato 1, cut into diced size
For dressing the salad
Olive oil, 3tbsp
Lime juice 1 tsp squeeze fresh lemon juice
Salt 1/4 tsp, or add according to taste
Black pepper 1/4tsp, or add according to taste
Basil 1/4 cup, chopped
Instructions
To make Weight Watchers tasty Three Bean Salad, follow some instructions
Take green beans, and cut them into pieces.
Next, add green beans to the pot, along with salted water.
Boil green beans for 4-6 minutes.
After that, remove the extra boil water, and wash beans with cold water.
Keep it reserve the green beans.
Next, add chickpeas, and kidney beans with green beans in a large mixing bowl.
Mix all beans.
Next, add salad ingredients like Red onion, Yellow Bell pepper, Red Bell pepper, Cucumber, and Tomato to the same bowl.
Put aside the mixing bowl.
In a 2nd mixing bowl, add olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
Mix all ingredients.
Now, assemble all salad ingredients.
Pour olive oil dressing into the layer of salad.
Mix it until combines well.
