Vegan Avocado Choclate Pudding

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar (adjust according to your taste)
1/4 cup non-dairy milk (such as almond milk or coconut milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: sliced almonds, shredded coconut, or fresh berries
Instructions:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup or agave nectar, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender or food processor.
Blend or process the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides and blend again to ensure everything is well combined.
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or cocoa powder according to your preference.
Transfer the pudding to serving bowls or glasses.
Cover the bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and set.
Once chilled, you can serve the pudding as is or add your desired toppings like sliced almonds, shredded coconut, or fresh berries.
