1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. tahini
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. capers plus 1 tsp caper brine
1 small clove garlic, finely grated
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt and pepper
