VEGAN CHEESY GARLIC BREAD

Ingredients:
1 French baguette
1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup vegan Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the French baguette into diagonal slices, about 1-inch thick.
In a small bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Using a pastry brush, generously brush the garlic butter mixture onto each slice of bread.
Sprinkle the grated vegan Parmesan cheese and vegan mozzarella cheese over each slice of bread.
Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the bread from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve warm and enjoy your vegan cheesy garlic bread!
