Marie calanders frozen pie shell bake on 375 for 12 mins
Mix together
Chopped and sautéed seitain chicken
Chopped and Sautéed onions and celery
One bag of mixed veggies
2 small diced potatoes and boiled
Thyme
Black pepper
Poultry seasoning
Season salt
Celery seed
Flour and vegan butter roux thinned with broth made with better than no chicken bouillon and then simmered until desired thickness
Fill the crust with filling cover with foil and cook for 25 mins
top with four Pillsbury crescents and bake for another 15-20 mins uncovered
