Vegan Jerk Ribz

*Impossible Burger Meat~1 package
*Oyster Mushrooms~8 oz (shred)
*Jerk Sauce~4 oz
*BBQ Sauce~10 oz
*Agave Nectar~4 oz
*Pepper Supreme Spice~to taste
*Caribbean Spice~to taste
*Minced Garlic~1 tbspn
*Vegan Liquid Smoke~1 tspn
I’m not big on measuring because I don’t measure. Mix, shape into ribz on a sheet pan, cut them into the desired width (make sure to keep them together don’t separate) bake 375 for about 20 minutes. I make extra Jerk BBQ to pour on top before service.
